Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our Tumbler. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, you can return it under the following conditions:

1. Return Period:
   You can return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns:

   • The tumbler must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
   • All accessories, such as lids or straws, must be returned along with the product.
   • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

   • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or mishandling.
   • Customized or personalized tumblers (with engravings, prints, etc.) cannot be returned.

4. Refund Process:

   • Once the returned tumbler is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
   • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

5. Return Shipping Costs:

   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the tumbler received was defective or incorrect.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:
