Delivery is free across India with no minimum purchase. COD availability depends on your pincode. Any COD handling fee is shown before payment.

Report a qualifying manufacturing defect within 7 days with photos and your invoice. The original return policy requires unused condition and complete original packaging; change-of-mind returns are excluded. Pickup may have a nominal fee. No. JOSH has a 6-month manufacturer warranty. Other products use the period stated in their own specifications. Keep your invoice. Warranty covers the stated manufacturing defects, not normal wear or misuse.

Pay with UPI, cards, netbanking or wallets. COD and EMI options, where available, appear at checkout before you confirm the order.

GST invoices are available. Add your GSTIN where offered or contact support with your order reference. EMI depends on eligible cards, cart value and the options shown at checkout.

Compare the actual model specifications, included parts, invoice, warranty and the available demonstrations. Similar-looking jars do not establish the same battery or blending capability. We do not claim every BlendLife model handles the same ingredients.

Do not assume that. Use the capabilities demonstrated for your model and follow its manual, ingredient quantities and MAX fill line. Never blend hot liquids in a sealed portable jar.
